How To Use Partglyph Results

Start with the overall search outcome, then read each candidate’s product-specific classification, comparisons and warnings. The result supports review; a ranking score alone does not establish that a part is suitable for your application.

  1. If a reference was selected, confirm that it is the intended part. A technical-discovery search can also proceed from supplied specifications without an identified reference.
  2. Read each candidate’s classification and any restrictions or verification checks.
  3. Compare the specifications that matter to the application in the technical snapshot. Check the source and units of values when available.
  4. Resolve conflicts and confirm any requirements needed before selection. Follow the product-specific guidance.

A candidate classified as conditional or pending requires the checks stated by that result. A rejected candidate has a reported exclusion; do not treat it as a selectable replacement. A search or preparation error is not a zero-result match.

Ball-valve discovery results have additional qualification and procurement restrictions. See the ball-valve grouped results guide.
